Ummm, you should seriously be careful when you make statements like ‘none of us is gonna live that long’…the way things are going, there’s no way to realistically predict what kind of lifespans we can expect…

So what do you plan to do to Intel if the problem is with the motherboard?

Maybe you should make a up a rig which holds all your cards and RAM and connects them in permuation-combination to the actual slots on the m/board through a switchboard. I really pity you now, imagining you juggling all those cards.
